• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
• Booking and conducting viewings professionally and energetically
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion
• Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and solicitors
• Providing excellent customer service from start to finish
• Staying updated with market trends and local values
• Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential property sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach
• Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
• Knowledge of the property market is a plus
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
