Business Development Manager - Field Sales Rotherham Area £28,000 Basic Salary | OTE £40,000 | Uncapped Commission | Hybrid Company Car Love meeting people, closing deals, and being rewarded for your hard work? We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing field sales team. If you're someone who enjoys getting out from behind a desk, building relationships, and controlling your own earnings, this could be the perfect opportunity.

No two days are the same. You'll be out in the field meeting businesses, generating new opportunities, and building your own customer portfolio across the Rotherham region. What's in it for you? ? What you'll be doing Winning new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and face-to-face visits Building and managing your own sales pipeline Creating strong relationships with customers and becoming their trusted contact Using our CRM system to manage leads and track activity Working alongside a supportive sales team that wants to see you succeed What we're looking for Previous field sales experience Confidence speaking with new people every day Resilience and a positive mindset Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and target-driven attitude Comfortable using social media and digital channels to generate leads Full UK driving licence Industry experience is a bonus, but attitude, energy, and ambition matter most.
