Responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Convert incoming enquiries into sales
• Follow up quotations to maximise conversion rates
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the sales process
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
• Produce quotations, order acknowledgements and sales documentation
• Liaise with the Technical team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for customers

• Proven experience in the home improvement sector
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Experience converting opportunities into sales
• Good organisational and follow-up skills
