Sales Administrator

We are seeking a Sales Administrator for a well-established automotive business in Rotherham. Our client is looking for an experienced professional to join their team and contribute to their continued success. Basic salary up to approximately £28,000
Bonus scheme with an OTE of around £32,000
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm working hours

Duties of a Sales Administrator:

Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately
Managing the full sales administration process from initial contact to completion
Handling pre-delivery inspection administration
Coordinating customer handovers and payment arrangements
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as required

Requirements of a Sales Administrator:

Prior experience in automotive Sales Administration is essential
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills with a conscientious approach to tasks
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Good attention to detail and accuracy in administration
Comfortable working within a focused and fast-paced environment
Residing in or near Rotherham, or willing to commute daily
