We’re excited to offer an opportunity to work with new and used BMW motorcycles, supporting customers through one of the most exciting purchases they’ll ever make.

• Basic salary:£22,000
• On‑target earnings (OTE):up to £45,000 with bonus

You’ll support customers throughout their motorcycle journey, including:

• Welcoming customers and guiding them through viewing and test rides
• Clearly explaining finance, insurance, and accessory options
• Supporting the process from first conversation through to delivery
• Building genuine, respectful relationships by listening carefully and understanding individual needs

You’ll have access to

• Currently working in a sales environment (any industry)
• A
  genuine interest in motorcycles
  and the wider motorcycle community
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
• A
  full motorcycle licence
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
