Telesales Executive

To further their expansion, our client, a leading membership organisation within the construction industry seek a Telesales Executive for their team in London. Whats on offer They are offering the following: A basic salary of upto £35k An uncapped commission but realistically £45k Hybrid working 2 days in office, 3 days from home Annual leave 25 days  Christmas week off Healthcare benefits Employee assistance programme Pension scheme (9% contribution) Life insurance The role As a Telesales Executive you will be responsible for the entire sales process from identifying potential clients through to closing the deal down.

Key responsibilities will include:
Increasing the membership base through marketing and sales activity Focus on outbound activity Exceed weekly and monthly KPI's Attend exhibitions and promote the services of the company Maintain a knowledge of the services and competitors Keep CRM up-to-date

The Person We need someone driven, motivated and a natural outbound telesales person for this role. In addition you should Demonstrate previous b2b sales experience Have experience of using a CRM Have experience of cold calling as well as following warm leads Be an excellent communicator, especially over the phone The Company Established for over 80 years and with over 6,500 members already, this organization prides itself on providing a quality service to its members.
