RNN Group in Rotherham is seeking a Security and Pastoral Officer to help keep the campus safe and welcoming for learners and staff. You will patrol buildings and grounds, monitor CCTV, manage access points and respond quickly to incidents to deter threats.
The role supports a pastoral approach by helping staff manage student behaviour, de-escalating conflicts and assisting in supervising vulnerable learners in communal areas.
