Painter​/Decorators

Andy File Associates Ltd are working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this contract position. Our client will be responsbile for payment of your invoices.

Our client is a rapidly growing facilities management company specialising in comprehensive property maintenance and refurbishment services for commercial and industrial clients. Their team is committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of their diverse client base, and they’re looking for skilled self-employed professionals to join them as they expand their reach and capabilities.

We are currently recruiting for 1 to 2 Painter/Decorators to work on HMO's (Homes of Multiple Occupation) to carry out remedial works and general decorating work, including the treatment of damp and mould to help bring the properties up to a suitable standard for tenants/ occupants.

Suitable candidates will be experienced Painter/ Decorators (ideally self employed, running your own business) with at least 2 years experience. Working via CSCS and having some form of qualification (NVQ 2/3 or equivalent} would be a distinct advantage. You must also hold a full UK driving licence and have own transport as this role involves some travel (up to a 2 hour drive from our client's S62 Rotherham base).

This is an ongoing contract and offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidates:

Pay rate: £150 to £180 per day (paid directly by the client on submission of an invoice) plus fuel card to cover all business mileage, plus some reasonable personal mileage
