Plumber

Overview

Highly regarded Construction and FM contractor are seeking an experienced Plumber, on a full time permanent basis. This role will be working across the Rotherham, carrying out vital upgrades and installations across domestic properties. • Install and maintain plumbing systems during kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Fault-find and rectify issues related to domestic heating systems and water distribution.
• Comply with all relevant safety and building regulations, including Gas Safe requirements.
• Complete all job records accurately and in a timely manner using digital or paper-based systems.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, site supervisors, and other trades.
• Adhere to safeguarding procedures when working in tenant-occupied properties.
• Undertake any additional work or responsibilities as directed by management.
• Monday - Friday

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience working in a social housing environment desirable.
• Good working knowledge of domestic plumbing and heating systems, health & safety, and building regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Professional, courteous approach to working in occupied properties.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Valid CSCS card (essential).
