We’re looking for an experienced Multi Trade Joiner to join our dedicated Maintenance Team in Rotherham.
Main Duties- Carrying out repairs, maintenance, improvements and refurbishment across Target Housing properties (both occupied and void).
- Working flexibly across joinery tasks with some knowledge of other trades (such as plumbing) to deliver a reliable and responsive repairs service.
- Ensuring all works meet health & safety requirements while keeping residents at the heart of what you do.
- Keeping accurate records of works carried out via our housing management systems.
- Taking responsibility for your van stock, equipment and tools.
- Liaising with colleagues across the organisation to ensure jobs are completed within agreed timescales.
- Experience and qualifications in joinery.
- A good understanding of other trades (e.g. plumbing basic repairs).
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and instructions.
- Confidence using digital devices (PDA / iPad) to log work.
- A customer‑focused approach with good communication skills.
- Full valid UK driving licence.
