Job Summary

Client Care Coordinator based in Rotherham, supporting clients during important and emotional moments. The role focuses on empathy, care, and meaningful support rather than cold‑calling, with a collaborative team and ongoing development opportunities.

On‑site training for 4 weeks beginning 13th July 2026 (Mon‑Fri 8 AM – 4 PM). After training, optional hybrid working. Shifts run 8 AM – 8 PM with alternate Sunday shifts.
