Job DescriptionTo take us forward, we seek to appoint a dynamic, talented forward‑thinking Team Manager for our Locality Service in the South of the Borough to help us achieve our ambitions and be part of the next stage of our journey. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient operational delivery of a statutory social work team. You will be a ‘critical friend’ to your team bringing high challenge and high support to promote reflective practice and a continual learning environment. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for a team of Social Workers and be at the forefront of the delivery of our safeguarding practice.
You will play a vital role in building on our learning, quality assurance and performance culture – providing leadership, direction and support that is rewarding in every sense, for every individual.
