About the role
The role is based in Rotherham and supports the Tenancy Enforcement and Communities teams. You will provide administrative support for Housing Management and Tenancy Enforcement, giving advice and information to customers by phone and email and ensuring high-quality service.
Key responsibilities- Maintain and update IT systems and tenancy records.
- Log and investigate complaints from customers.
- Provide administrative support across internal departments to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with other teams as required.
- Strong administration background.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Can-do attitude with ability to work under pressure and unsupervised.
- Strong teamwork, empathy and proactive problem-solving skills.
- English language proficiency.
Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this position.
