What is CPI Training? CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) training gives you the confidence and skills to safely support young people who may display challenging behaviour. You’ll learn:
De-escalation techniques Trauma-informed approaches Respectful and safe intervention methods CPI training is essential for this role – training can be provided if you’re willing to complete it.

The Role As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will:
Work under the guidance of the Registered Manager, Senior Staff and Care Officers Support children and young people with their emotional, social and physical needs Build positive, trusting and consistent relationships Safely manage challenging behaviour using CPI techniques Be a valued part of a supportive and dedicated residential team Pay Rate £14–£18 per hour , depending on experience and shift pattern Why Join Reed Care & Support?
