Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Social Work Team Manager to lead the Children in Care team within the council's social care service.
The post involves supervising 6–8 social workers with caseloads around 22, in a hybrid pattern (three office days, two home days per week). The role is to cover a 6-month secondment.
Salary is £40 per hour; core hours are 9am-5pm with flexible working options and the usual agency support from Remedy Social Care.
