Tower Hamlets No onsite Parking Must have an enhanced DBS In this vital role, you’ll support the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in ensuring students feel safe, supported, and heard. You’ll be working at the heart of student wellbeing—building relationships, responding to safeguarding concerns, and collaborating with staff, families, and external agencies.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a caseload of safeguarding concerns and supporting vulnerable students Monitoring and responding to CPOMS safeguarding alerts Liaising with staff, families, and external professionals to ensure appropriate support Attending meetings, contributing to interventions, and supporting referrals/EHAs Undertaking training and actively contributing to a safe school culture This is your chance to:
