The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in managing administrative policies and contributing to executive decision-making processes with 2–3 years of experience. Your key tasks will include preparing reports, organizing meetings, and liaising with departmental officials. Familiarity with tools like MS Word and Simply Accounting will be essential to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish administrative policies and coordinate procedures
• Prepare detailed reports for executive committees
• Facilitate committee meeting logistics and agendas
• Analyze and summarize incoming documents
• Liaise with various stakeholders for action plans
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in business administration
• Knowledge of MS Office and enterprise software
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work full-time in Rothesay
