AEI Homestay Coordinator

Join Atlantic Education International as a Homestay Coordinator in Rothesay, NB, and make a difference in the lives of international students.

Your role will focus on building host family connections and organizing student activities.

Participate in enriching educational experiences through the New Brunswick International Student Program. The Homestay Coordinator is essential for promoting the host family program, recruiting families, and organizing activities to ensure student engagement. You’ll work with AEI staff during airport arrivals and manage emergencies as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote host family opportunities within the community

• Screen and recruit for new host families as needed

• Organize monthly activities to support students

• Collaborate on reports with the AEI team

• Assist with airport logistics for student arrivals

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma; relevant education preferred

• Valid New Brunswick driver’s license and vehicle access

• Strong ability to work flexible hours

• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and understanding of youth

• Experience with international students is beneficial
