Finance Analyst

About the role

We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our growing team at Cox Automotive, supporting our Manheim Inspection Services business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their finance career to step into a commercial, data-driven role
, where you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to turn insights into action.

You’ll play a key part in financial reporting, analysis, and decision support
, while also gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic projects.

• Producing monthly financial reports and performance analysis
• Supporting forecasting and month-end processes
• Delivering profitability insights and pricing analysis
• Using Excel and Power BI to turn data into meaningful insights
• Partnering with stakeholders across operations, commercial, and finance
• Supporting customer billing and invoicing processes
• Helping drive reporting improvements and data innovation

This is a varied role combining analysis, business partnering, and operational finance exposure
, perfect for building a well-rounded finance career.

• Strong Excel skills (Power BI experience a bonus)
• A natural problem solver who enjoys working with data
• High attention to detail and accuracy
  
  Confident communicator, able to work with different teams
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience with finance systems (e.g. Salesforce, CODA, or other ERPs) is helpful.

• Exposure to a large, global organisation
