Sales Executive - Membership Advisor

Location: Rothwell, Leeds
Salary: 27,000- 30,000 per annum
Contract: 6-month temporary contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Working: Hybrid

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive / Membership Advisor to join a busy team based in Rothwell, Leeds
, on a 6-month temporary contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous telesales and CRM experience who enjoys speaking to customers and working towards sales targets.

• Conduct inbound and outbound telesales to increase membership
• Follow up sales enquiries and convert initial interest into full membership
• Provide a positive sales experience to potential members
• Maintain a strong knowledge of products and services available to members
• Use and maintain the CRM system
  , ensuring all sales activity and customer information is accurately recorded
• Achieve individual sales targets
• Keep up to date with competitor activity
• Complete sales administration and reporting
• Handle customer information in line with GDPR and data protection requirements

• Previous telesales/sales experience is essential
• Strong CRM experience is essential
• Confident making and receiving telephone calls
• Comfortable working towards individual sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using computer systems
• Motivated and target-driven

• 27,000- 30,000 per annum
