You will be part of the Accounts Payable team of 5. The team works on processing an increasing amount of invoices in a complex growing company. Our Head of Accounting & Financial Control leads a team of 13 seasoned professionals who specialize in Trade and non-Trade Accounting, VAT Compliancy and Accounts Payable. The Team holds an exciting mix of nationalities. Our company is growing and our Accounts Payable team helps us in processing our financial transactions in this international environment.

Accounts Payable Officer
In this role you will report to the Team Lead Accounts Payable and you will be part of a team of 4 Accounts Payable Officers contributing towards timely, accurate, well-controlled and accurate processing of (purchase) invoices and payments.
Your role- Three-way match invoice posting
- Daily assigning and posting of invoices (non three-way match process)
- Daily maintenance of the AP mailbox and its follow-up
- Daily bank statement processing / postings
- Maintenance AP subledger
- Creation, updating and maintenance of AP SOPs
- Other AP and financial tasks as required
- You have a degree in Business Administration (MBO) or related studies and at least two years of professional experience in accounts payable.
- Excellent understanding of the English language (written and spoken) – Dutch and other languages are a bonus;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP is required;
- Preferably you have experience with setting up P2P processes within the AP function;
- Personally you demonstrate integrity and an analytical & structured way of working;
- You are proactive, stress tolerant, adaptable, and take initiative;
- You see challenges in continuously improving processes/procedures related to your role;
- Available for 32-40 hours per week, including working on Fridays.
