At the Swisscom Dev Ops Center in Rotterdam, you will play a key role in creating a great employee experience. As our Office & Community Specialist, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our office while supporting community initiatives.

• Be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners
• Coordinate office facilities, supplies, vendors, access management, workplace services, and day-to-day office operations
• Help create a welcoming, safe, and organised office environment and ensure our workplace runs smoothly
• Ensuring the office facilities function and keeping an eye and re-stocking the office kitchens
• Ensuring the inventory of all office supplies is tracked and reordered in time
• Organize and support events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities
• Support sub-communities
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen community, wellbeing, and company culture
