Brabant Recruitment zoekt een Senior Projectmanager Bouw in Rotterdam. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor complexe nieuwbouwprojecten en stuur je twee projectleiders aan. Je onderhoudt duurzame relaties met opdrachtgevers zoals het LUMC en het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf. Gezocht wordt naar iemand met 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol, sterke bouwkundige kennis en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Een vast contract en een salaris tussen €6.500,- en €8.750,- per maand worden aangeboden.
