Inter Work in Rotterdam zoekt een Opzichter Dagelijks Onderhoud. In deze rol ben jij de technische spil tussen huurders, aannemers en collega's, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor inspecties, coördinatie van herstelwerkzaamheden en kwaliteitscontrole.
Je hebt een HBO-diploma in techniek of bouw, relevante ervaring en communicatieve vaardigheden. Je krijgt een jaarcontract van 32-36 uur, een salaris volgens cao Woondiensten en een opleidingsbudget van €2.500,- per jaar.
