Meussenvanralen in Rotterdam zoekt een uitvoerder onderhoud & renovatie voor renovatieprojecten bij woningcorporaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van projecten en het onderhouden van goed contact met bewoners.
De ideale kandidaat heeft MBO+ werk- en denkniveau, ervaring met planmatig onderhoud, en beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend. Wij bieden een marktconform salaris tussen de 4.500 en 5.500 euro met uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
