Directie, Productie, Projecten in Rotterdam zoekt een uitvoerder onderhoud & renovatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor renovatieprojecten voor woningcorporaties en fungeert als de schakel op de projectlocatie.
Je begeleidt het team en houdt de voortgang in de gaten. Wij vragen een teamplayer met MBO+ niveau, ervaring in groot-onderhoudsprojecten, en goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden en ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling worden geboden.
