Investigo is seeking a Buyer for a Main Contractor role within the Dutch infrastructure and industrial sector in Rotterdam. This position involves sourcing, managing subcontractors, and leading tender processes. The ideal candidate has procurement experience in civil, structural, or mechanical packages and strong knowledge of local markets in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will work closely with project teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and conducting evaluations and negotiations.
