BINX Smartility in Rotterdam zoekt een Hoofd Uitvoerder Bouw om het bouwproces soepel te laten verlopen. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor de aansturing van een bouwteam van 10 tot 50 vakmensen en de realisatie van grote projecten met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang.
Je zult ook samenwerken met uitvoerders van installatietechniek en verantwoordelijk zijn voor de planning, materiaalbeheer, en projectadministratie. De functie biedt flexibele werkmogelijkheden en uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao Bouw & Infra.
