About the role

The Artwork Production Specialist (APS) manages the end-to-end delivery of packaging artwork across both physical and digital channels. The role coordinates with internal teams and external agencies to develop, review, and finalize packaging artwork and digital pack images. It ensures artwork meets brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and is delivered on time. The specialist also manages product content for omnichannel platforms and supports smooth artwork workflows through digital systems.

Strong stakeholder collaboration and process management are essential to ensure efficient packaging execution across markets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of packaging artwork, ensuring compliance with quality, brand, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to develop, review, and deliver accurate print-ready artwork and digital pack images.
  • Monitor artwork KPIs such as on-time delivery, first-time-right artwork, and approval cycle efficiency.
  • Drive process improvements and support innovation in artwork production and adaptive design workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, manage escalations, and ensure smooth execution of packaging projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in packaging artwork production, print management, or design coordination.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end artwork processes from design to print-ready delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and digital workflow systems.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
