Een cultureel festival in Nederland zoekt een Coördinator Helpdesk voor de periode van 28 april tot 29 juni. In deze rol zorg je voor een efficiënte werking van de bezoekers helpdesk en coach je het team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van de kaartverkoop en biedt ondersteuning aan bezoekers. Ervaring in klantenservice is vereist. Flexibele werktijden, hybride werken en een bruto salaris van €2.919 per maand (op basis van fulltime) worden aangeboden.
