Customer Service Representative

Location: Rotterdam
Contract: Full-time (start ASAP
)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage the physical and administrative flow of purchased feedstock and cracker by‑products. You will be the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal partners, ensuring smooth OTC and P2P processes from order receipt to invoicing.

• Manage term & spot contract planning and SAP bookings
• Coordinate daily loading/unloading activities and logistics documentation
• Monitor external terminal stock levels and align with business needs
• Handle customer/vendor enquiries and complaints
• Process all material movements and logistics services in SAP
• Support month-end closing (pricing, figures, adjustments)
• Prepare and coordinate responses for internal/external audits
• Provide cross‑desk support and participate in rotation

• Higher education; university degree preferred
• 3-4 years customer service experience; petrochemicals a strong plus
• Strong SAP knowledge
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and data management skills
  
  Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively
• Languages:
  
  English + French and/or German (essential)
