As an Account Specialist within the Customer Service Europe department, you'll be the primary contact for your customer portfolio. You'll ensure smooth order fulfilment from entry to delivery and invoicing, working closely with Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.

• Managing incoming orders via SAP and email
• Confirming product availability and delivery timelines
• Coordinating transportation with logistics partners
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving delivery or product issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve order-related challenges
• Maintaining accurate SAP records and customer master data
• Monitoring KPIs and service levels to ensure customer satisfaction
• Managing escalations with a solution-oriented approach
• Supporting backup operations for other business units
• Documenting process improvements and sharing insights

• Experience in B2B Customer Service and/or order management
• Strong SAP skills and understanding of the Order-to-Cash process
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
