Change in Rotterdam is op zoek naar een tweetalige klantenservice medewerker EV Charging. U ondersteunt leaserijders bij vragen over elektrische laadoplossingen, inclusief begeleiding tijdens het installatieproces.
De functie vereist communicatie in het Frans en Nederlands op C1-niveau en biedt een salaris van €18,00 per uur. De rol omvat proactieve klantcommunicatie en samenwerking met interne teams.
