Als Import Customer Service Employee zorg je voor een optimale dienstverlening richting klanten met inkomende lading. Je regelt de afhandeling van containers, onderhoudt contact met klanten en douane, verzorgt dossiers en douaneformaliteiten en werkt nauw samen met collega’s van andere afdelingen.
Deze internationale containerrederij is wereldwijd actief in scheepvaart en logistiek. Vanuit het kantoor in Rotterdam, met uitzicht op het centrum, werken circa 400 collega’s aan de afhandeling van meer dan een miljoen TEU per jaar. Met eigen schepen, barges, trucks, treinen en vliegtuigen biedt de organisatie wereldwijde transportoplossingen.
