Multiselect in Rotterdam is op zoek naar een Servicecoördinator nazorg die ervoor zorgt dat klanten tevreden zijn na de oplevering. Je beheert nazorgverzoeken en coördineert service- en herstelwerkzaamheden met klanten en onderaannemers.
De ideale kandidaat heeft een MBO+ werk- en denkniveau en ervaring in de bouwsector. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte aanpak zijn cruciaal. Deze rol vereist ook een proactieve houding en het vermogen om processen te verbeteren.
