APM Terminals Maasvlakte II in de Rotterdamse haven zoekt een Customer Care Partner die commerciële activiteiten uitvoert en hoogwaardige service verleent aan klanten. Je rapporteert aan de Chief Commercial Officer en werkt aan tariefstructuren, proposities en klanttevredenheid.
Je genereert omzet bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten en onderhoudt nauw contact met Finance en overige afdelingen om service en performance te optimaliseren.
