Sowelo Consulting is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its European Customer Success team. You will act as a strategic adviser, responsible for relationships with customers and leading the account team across departments to maximize value.
You will manage a portfolio of 40 accounts, monitor health metrics, identify upsell opportunities, and drive adoption to deliver retention and expansion targets. Fluent English and Dutch are required, with a hybrid work model in the Netherlands.
