Deze rol is voor mensen die overzicht kunnen houden zonder afstandelijk te worden. Je helpt service richting geven, ondersteunt collega’s in ritme en duidelijkheid, en bewaakt mee hoe het huis gedragen wordt op drukke momenten en in opbouwfases.
Wat je hier doet- Je ondersteunt of draagt vloercoördinatie tijdens service.
- Je helpt het team in tempo, afstemming en standaard.
- Je bent aanspreekpunt in de service voor praktische beslissingen op de vloer.
- Je helpt nieuwe collega’s landen in ritme en werkwijze.
- Ervaring in leiding of coördinerende service-omgevingen.
- Sterk gevoel voor gastvrijheid én structuur.
- Je kunt corrigeren zonder te kleineren.
- Leiderschap met rust
- Voorbeeldgedrag
- Heldere communicatie
- Een rol met echte invloed op hoe het huis werkt.
- Mede vormgeven aan servicecultuur en teamstandaard.
