Voor een MBO Startcollege in Rotterdam is er ruimte voor een ervaren docent NT2 met ervaring binnen deze doelgroep voor een tijdelijke ziektevervanging. Het gaat om de gehele maand januari, minimaal 24 tot maximaal 40 uur.
Als docent binnen het MBO sta jij klaar voor studenten die hun eigen weg willen gaan. Je begeleidt jongeren met hun studie doormiddel van het geven van laagdrempelige NT2 lessen. De studenten zijn bezig om te integreren in de Nederlandse samenleving, jij zorgt voor individuele ondersteuning. Je pakt makkelijk dingen aan, ziet oplossingen in plaats van problemen én weet hoe je studenten kan motiveren door jou enthousiasme!
