Top Taal NT2-experts B.V. in Rotterdam is op zoek naar een docentencoördinator NT2. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning en ondersteuning van het docententeam, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat docenten optimaal worden ingezet.
Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en benadert de ontwikkeling van docenten proactief. De functie vereist een hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met ervaring in het onderwijs of NT2.
Wij bieden een salaris tussen €3.800 en €4.750 per maand en een informele werkomgeving met mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke groei.
