Pameijer werkt aan versterken van leren en ontwikkelen en het verbeteren van leerwerktrajecten binnen de zorg. Als praktijkopleider-coach vorm je het team Werken en Leren en begeleid je collega’s op de ouderwetse en digitale leerpaden.
Je hebt een HBO-diploma op zak en ervaring met coachen, behoud van overzicht en het vertalen van signalen naar verbeteracties. Met HR en opleidingspartners onderhoud je de werving en selectie van studenten en draag je bij aan beleid en evaluatie.
