Als opleider speel je een cruciale rol in het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van opleidingsprogramma's, met een focus op innovatie en coachende begeleiding van zorgprofessionals in opleiding. Je hoofdtaken omvatten:
- Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van opleidingsprogramma's.
- Het evalueren en bijstellen van opleidingsprogramma's.
- Het integreren van nieuwe digitale technologieën in het ontwikkelingsproces voor interactieve, boeiende leermiddelen.
- Het coachen van studenten om de zelfstandigheid te bevorderen Je creëert een stimulerende leeromgeving door er te zijn, te luisteren en bij te sturen waar nodig.
- Het onderhouden van contact met gastdocenten en experts in het vakgebied.
Je onderhoudt het contact met zorginstellingen en collega's, zowel intern als landelijk, om in te spelen op innovaties en opleidingsprogramma's af te stemmen.
