Agathos hulpverlening zoekt een intensief ambulant hulpverlener die op scholen en soms thuis werkt om samen met leerkrachten, ouders en andere professionals zorgplannen te maken.
Je ondersteunt leerlingen bij hun leerproces en sociale interactie, denkt praktisch mee en bewaakt de voortgang op SBO, VSO en het onderwijs aan zeer moeilijk lerende leerlingen (ZMLK) op Barendrecht of Rotterdam.
