LWOE zoekt een ambulant onderwijskundig begeleider om leraren en leerlingen met epilepsie te ondersteunen bij onderwijsuitdagingen. Je levert op maat gemaakte adviezen om het leerproces en de sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling te bevorderen.
Je hebt een lerarenopleiding, ruime ervaring in primair, voortgezet of speciaal onderwijs, en bent bereid te reizen binnen de regio Rotterdam–Gouda. Je werkt zelfstandig en in teamverband terwijl je contacten onderhoudt met ouders en neurologen.
