Technical Project Manager

Permanent Recruitment Consultant - Engineering and Project Personnel NL, BE & DE   G2's client  is a specialist in the  space engineering sector,  with a mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions for the  space, defense, and high-tech sectors . The client operates as a small, collaborative team working on complex, multi-disciplinary development projects.
They are currently seeking a  Technical Project Manager  to play a key role in leading  complex development projects , while staying closely connected to the  engineering process . This role will involve managing  cross-functional projects , with hands-on involvement in  customer communication, planning, documentation, and procurement .
THIS IS A PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY – NOT FREELANCE!
Start:  Q3–Q4 2025
Salary:  €5,000 – €7,500 gross/month + 8% holiday allowance, pension scheme, 29 days holiday
Working model:  Hybrid options available (post-probation)
Ideal Candidate:
technical project manager with experience working within highly regulated sectors.
Background in  Engineering , with a good understanding of E lectronics/Hardware or Software Engineering.

Experience with technical projects delivery for products which could be used in the space or aerospace sectors, involving hardware and software development.

Experience with cradle to grave project management, product development, testing,  integration  and  system validation  is a strong advantage.
Strong communication skills – able to  motivate teams  and maintain  structure  in dynamic project environments
Industry experience within  space ,  defense , or  automotive  development projects
