Customer Service Marine Field Service | Flender – Rotterdam

Location  Rotterdam – kantoor praktisch en goed bereikbaar.
What you will do   Help Service Engineers with technical questions
Think with customers and Flender teams worldwide
Plan service jobs and keep overview even during busy times
Support the Service Manager in daily operations
Prepare service tasks smartly to avoid surprises
Identify opportunities to do things smarter, faster, or better
Qualifications   MBO background in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
Energetic about variety and responsibility
Maintains calm under pressure and keeps perspective
Communicates clearly with engineers, customers, and colleagues
Good command of Dutch and English (German is a plus)
Digitally adept and curious about smart tools such as Co‑pilot
Shows empathy, even in urgent situations
