Develop and oversee detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary project data and milestones.

• Monitor and oversee project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Prepare and oversee regular progress reports, including schedule updates, earned value analysis, and performance metrics.
• Analyze project trends and provide forecasts to support decision‑making.
• Lead planning meetings and workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Mentor more junior Planning Engineers and support their development.

• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6 preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in project planning within the oil and gas sector.
