Sweco Nederland zoekt een ervaren Teammanager voor de Constructieve Waterbouw in Rotterdam. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van medewerkers en het behalen van teamdoelstellingen, terwijl je ook betrokken blijft bij complexe waterbouwprojecten.
Met minimaal 10 jaar ervaring en een hbo-opleiding in civiele techniek of werktuigbouwkunde, ben je de schakel tussen visie en uitvoering. Op basis van jouw netwerk en ondernemerschap maak je het verschil.
