Principal Recruitment Consultant at IC Resources - Semiconductor Engineering division  A leading semiconductor company at the forefront of secure, high-performance silicon solutions is looking for a Digital ASIC Design Engineer to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity to work on advanced chip development for cutting-edge applications in data security, connectivity, and high-speed computing — all within a supportive, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities would include:
Design and implement complex digital blocks for ASICs used in performance-critical systems.
Collaborate across architecture, verification, and physical design teams throughout the development cycle.
Contribute to and improve design methodologies and flows.
Help define and refine CAD flows to optimise digital design efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Strong background in RTL design (System Verilog or VHDL).

Experience with digital design tool chains including synthesis, static linting, and formal equivalence checking (LEC).
Familiarity with structured design flows or CAD methodology development.
Exposure to hardware security concepts is a plus, but not essential.
