Lead Contract Manager

Lead Contract Manager  for a major offshore wind project in  The Netherlands

Responsibilities

Support the Lead Contract Manager in all contract‑related activities across two major offshore wind projects.

Negotiate, administer and manage project contracts, including BIMCO charter parties (Windtime, Supply Time), subcontract agreements, and performance monitoring.

Provide commercial and contractual advice to project management, engineering, and procurement teams.

Assist with drafting, negotiating, and managing change orders, variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.

Contribute to risk and opportunity assessments and maintain accurate contract documentation.

Interface with internal stakeholders and external contractors/suppliers to ensure compliance and alignment with project requirements.

Support cost control, budgeting, and quantity tracking processes where relevant.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering (or comparable experience).

Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant and proven experience as a Contract Manager, ideally within offshore wind, marine contracting, or major infrastructure projects.

Experience working with BIMCO contracts, particularly Windtime and Supply Time.
